ADK broadens bench with counsel Jamie Quinn and associate Jack Ramler

Today, ADK announced the continued expansion of its bench with counsel Jamie Quinn and associate Jack Ramler.

This addition comes on the heels of a transformative growth period for ADK. As clients have called on the firm to lead increasingly large, complex cases—from nine-figure federal forfeiture actions to parallel civil and criminal proceedings—we have expanded our roster accordingly. Over the past year, the firm has welcomed seven new lawyers with experience in high-stakes civil, criminal, regulatory, and investigative matters.

Managing partner Adam Kamenstein said, “We couldn’t be happier to have Jamie and Jack on our team. They will add depth and breadth to the firm’s capabilities, allowing us to provide clients with world-class representation across all facets of civil and criminal litigation and investigations.”

Jamie Quinn represents clients in internal investigations, inquiries by regulatory and enforcement authorities, and state and federal litigation. She regularly works with companies, directors, and officers to assess compliance with and resolve issues relating to potential violations of state and federal laws and regulations, with particular expertise in investigations and litigation related to securities laws and the False Claims Act. Having spent most of her career serving clients in heavily regulated industries, including healthcare and financial services, Jamie can effectively balance an organization’s business needs with its legal risk and regulatory obligations. Even in the most uncertain enforcement landscape, she provides pragmatic, forward-looking counsel on how companies can stay within regulatory bounds and manage legal risk without sacrificing the business.

“There’s never been a better time to join a boutique like ADK,” Jamie said. “As I’ve watched the firm grow from afar, I’ve been impressed by their ability to deliver incredible results while maximizing efficiency. The ADK team can handle top-of-the-line matters, but they also staff their case teams leanly, which means they’re able to respond with agility to fast-moving proceedings. This model will provide major value to my clients, who need counsel that can seamlessly pivot in the face of regulatory developments and dynamic enforcement priorities. I also look forward to continuing to build trial experience alongside the firm’s veteran trial lawyers. ADK is an ideal place to take my career to the next level while contributing to the firm’s momentum.”

Jack Ramler represents clients across industries in complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters in state and federal court. He has managed the day-to-day responsibilities of a broad range of cases—such as business disputes, torts, derivative actions, and fraud actions—and taken a lead role in negotiating settlements, conducting depositions, and attaining results through written and oral advocacy. Jack has represented a real estate syndicate in a multi-state derivative action, a former NFL quarterback in several commercial disputes, a publicly traded defense contractor corporation in commercial litigation, and a prominent podcaster in corporate restructuring work. He was also part of a team representing an A++ celebrity in multiple international tort cases in both state and federal court.

Jack commented, “ADK has been built intentionally, with an impressive group of lawyers who can handle the entire spectrum of civil and criminal proceedings and investigations. I’m excited for the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while enjoying mentorship from some of the best litigators around. This is the ideal firm for an associate to grow as a trial lawyer.”
