JACK RAMLER
ASSOCIATE
Jack Ramler represents clients across industries in complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters in state and federal court. He has managed the day-to-day responsibilities of a broad range of cases—such as business disputes, torts, derivative actions, and fraud actions—and taken a lead role in negotiating settlements, conducting depositions, and attaining results through written and oral advocacy. In particular, Jack excels at drafting motions and pleadings that persuade the court to rule in his client’s favor.
Jack brings a thoughtful approach to litigation. Clients prize his ability to think around obstacles and cut straight to the heart of a case while keeping their goals top of mind. His creative, well-reasoned solutions enable clients to navigate complicated legal challenges and secure the results they need to move forward.
As handling attorney, Jack has represented a real estate syndicate in a multi-state derivative action, a former NFL quarterback in several commercial disputes, a publicly traded defense contractor corporation in commercial litigation, and a prominent podcaster in corporate restructuring work. He was also part of a team representing an A++ celebrity in multiple international tort cases in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining ADK, Jack worked at a trial boutique that focused on high-stakes civil defense cases.
