ADK expands civil bench with veteran litigator Gina Guerra

We are pleased to announce that Gina Guerra, a litigator with more than two decades of experience in complex commercial disputes and investigations, has joined the firm.

Gina’s practice encompasses a wide range of commercial legal challenges, ranging from securities violations to data security, unfair competition, copyright infringement, legal malpractice, labor and employment disputes, and general business disputes. She has led clients through all aspects of litigation, from the pleading and discovery stages through pre- and post-trial motions, trials, and appeals. In the investigative arena, she has conducted internal investigations involving significant interaction with corporate directors. As a veteran of two Am Law 50 firms, Gina has handled critical cases and investigations for numerous high-profile clients.
