HEATHER MARULLI

Heather Marulli is a paralegal with more than a decade of experience in civil litigation. After working both in-house and in private practice, she has become proficient in a wide range of legal areas, from general business disputes to employment defense, property and real estate disputes, land use, tort claims, insurance, and pharmaceutical matters, including PBM antitrust litigation.

Lawyers and clients alike depend on Heather for meticulous legal work, clear and consistent communication, and efficiency in managing complex cases. She supports ADK’s case teams by tracking and calendaring litigation deadlines; drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery shells, and court forms; formatting motions and briefs; and preparing exhibits and binders for hearings, trials, and arbitrations. Recently, she played an integral role in the research and preparation for an antitrust arbitration that resulted in a favorable multimillion-dollar award.

Prior to joining ADK, Heather worked in house in the legal department of a major healthcare nonprofit in Los Angeles. She also provided legal support to a number of law firms in California as a paralegal, case manager, and demand and brief writer, often providing training and supervisory support.
