ALLISON CERVANTES

Allison Cervantes is a litigation paralegal with a background in both criminal defense and complex commercial litigation. She has coordinated dozens of cases from intake through trial, independently managing calendaring, court deadlines, filings, client communications, discovery, and expert logistics. She has also drafted and formatted a variety of key materials and documents, including motions and discovery, subpoenas, exhibits, and trial binders.

Allison’s deep understanding of the nuances of civil and criminal practice allows her to contribute substantively to the success of each case. Lawyers value her efficiency, precision, and ability to anticipate their needs with proactive support. She is adept at managing high-stakes casework under pressure, drawing on her organizational and problem-solving skills to meet every deadline while maintaining accuracy.

Allison is currently earning her J.D. through the California State Bar’s Law Office Study Program. Through the program, she has received formal training in contracts, torts, criminal defense, and legal analysis and writing.

Prior to entering the legal field, Allison performed as a classically trained singer with the LA Opera and the LA Philharmonic.
